Henderson is that the county courthouse of Vance County, North geographical region, us. The town was named in honor of former North geographical region Supreme Court judge Elmore John Leonard Henderson, United Nations agency lived close and was a devotee of early settler Lewis Reavis. Henderson was formally leased by the North geographical region General Assembly in 1841. Before the creation of Vance County in 1881, Henderson was situated in way jap Granville County.
