Devarajaswami Temple, constructed by the Vijayanagara rulers, bears an architectural style quite akin to the South Indian style of the temple architecture. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and there is a marriage hall in the premises which i s dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Parvati. The intricate details in the architecture can send a person to quite an observation spree. There is also a large tank with the idol of Lord Vishnu which is said and believed to be drained in a cycle of 40 years.
