Rangacharlu Memorial Hall housed the city improvement trust board and the municipal offices in the past. The architecture of the building has two distinct features, the pediment with an intricately carved figurine of goddess laxmi with elephants on both sides and the four pairs of Corinthian columns. Rangacharlu Memorial Hall presently serves as the town hall of Mysore City and is used for various cultural activities.
