Lakhpat Gurudwara sahib is a spiritual place for the Sikhs. it’s believed that Guru Nanak on his journey to Mecca for haj stayed here. This Gurdwara have his relics like footwear and palkhi. they’re worshiped by the Udasi Sect. The Lakhpat Gurudwara sahib is declared a protected monument by the state archaeologic department and has won the UNESCO award for restoration after the earthquake.

Gurudwara Sahib of Lakhpat was built to preserve the memory of these visits of revered Guru during the 1506-1513 AD. Belived that Guru Nank Sahib visited this placed whereas he was on his journey to Mecca during the Fourth Udasi. some rare personal possessions of his are preserved here.

Train : Kutch does not have a train station, and the nearest station is Bhuj, at a distance of 70 kms from Kutch. Kutch Express (Daily) and Sayaji Nagri Express (Daily) from Mumbai via Surat, Ahmedabad and Gandhidham to Bhuj. Ala Hazrat Express(Daily) from Delhi via Jaipur, Ajmer and Palanpur to Bhuj.
