The Kamzik TV Tower is a 200 metre tall television transmission tower in the Koliba area of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It sits 433 m AMSL on the Kamzik hill, part of the Little Carpathians, overlooking much of the city. The tower lies within the territory of the Bratislava Forest Park. It was constructed in 1975, replacing the old transmission tower.
The tower was constructed according to the project of architects Stanislav Májek, Jakub Tomasak, Juraj Kozak, Milan Jurica and Jan Privitzer.The tower has an observation deck and the revolving VEZA restaurant at 70 m, was open to visitors. The restaurant was approximately 68 m from the base of the tower, 506 m AMSL. In conditions of good visibility, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and, of course, Slovakia, are visible from the tower.
