Baclayon is a 4th class municipality in the province of Bohol, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 18,630 people.
The town is known as the hometown of multi-award winning actor Cesar Montano and accomplished physicist Caesar Saloma.
Baclayon is politically subdivided into 17 barangays.
