Pont-la-Ville is a municipality in the district of Gruyere in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. Pont-la-Ville has an area, as of 2009, of 4.3 square kilometers (1.7 sq mi). Of this area, 2.86 km2 (1.10 sq mi) or 66.2% is used for agricultural purposes, while 0.75 km2 (0.29 sq mi) or 17.4% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.69 km2 (0.27 sq mi) or 16.0% is settled (buildings or roads), 0.02 km2 (4.9 acres) or 0.5% is either rivers or lakes.
