Detail InformationEdit
Almost 40 vehicles, most of which are in a perfect working order, may be seen in the museum located under Kaponiera roundabout. [A. Plenzler; Technological monuments route in Wielkopolska; Poznan 2007] The exhibits presented here are private possessions of the members of Wielkopolski Automobile Club which owns this museum. And even though the exhibition is not permanent – some cars are exchanged from time to time – you can always see here great examples of retro vehicles, sports cars, motorcycles or bicycles. American limousines – Nash 6430 from 1926, Ford T from 1927 or Plymouth PD Six from 1933 – are especially eye-catching. For the lovers of motorcycles, there are, among others, English Ariel 500 cm³ and one-cylinder Harley Davidson from 1928 or BMW R 4 from 1937, the company’s biggest one-cylinder machine. Those interested in Polish motorization may see such motorcycles as Sokół 1000 from 1936 or Junak m 10 with a side car. Apart from the vehicles, the museum also presents unique parts, accessories and souvenirs. You can see a collection of spark plugs, headlights, indicators and horns. [A.
