Detail InformationEdit

At present, in Dobra there is a complex of two Greek Catholic churches, one of them is a bramna church (church is built above the gate). The bramna church is probably a 17th c one. Its lower story was transformed in the 19th c. The church dedicated to the, Universal Exaltation of the Life-creating Cross a present-day Catholic church, dates back to 1879, although it is possible that the building is much older. The church in Dobra is the only monument of this kind in Poland, a relic of the late-medieval building tradition, which situated the temple above the gate, inside the fortification.
