Clichy-sous-Bois is a commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris, France. The vast majority of its population is made up of Muslims of North African heritage . It is located 15.8 km (9.8 mi) from the centre of Paris.The commune has an area of 3.95 km2 (1.53 sq mi) with 1.1 km2 (0.42 sq mi) of woods. The woods are remnants of the Bondy forest .Clichy-sous-Bois is not served by any station of the Paris Métro, RER, or suburban rail network.
