302 West twelfth Street may be a landmarked residential building facing west onto Abingdon sq. Park within the Greenwich Village Historic District on the side of lower Manhattan in big apple town. It had been engineered by the developer brothers Bing & Bing with the beaux arts firm of Boak and Paris. Russell M. Boak and Hyman F. Paris left the beaux arts firm of mineral author to begin their own observe in 1927. The building opened within the late summer of 1931 and presently homes 129 condominium flats.
It was a part of a synchronic development of 5 buildings within the space. Bing & Bing additionally worked with Boak and Paris on forty five Saint Christopher Street. They selected creator mineral author for each 299 West twelfth Street and fifty nine West twelfth Street. And that they selected to figure with creator Robert T. Lyons on two Horatio Street.
