Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrive at Munnar / Sightseeing
Arrive and check into the hotel. Later take a sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the Blossom National Park. Afternoon visit Tea museum & Pothamedu view point. If time permits, see Kathakali & Martial art shows at Mudra Art Centre (6 pm). Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2 Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast visit Eravikulam National Park, Rose Garden, Mattupetty Dam, boating (optional), Elephant arrival point, Echo point, Kundala dam and lake. Evening return to the Hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3 Munnar to Thekkady (3 hr 30 min, 100 km)
After breakfast, drive to Thekkady. Arrive at Thekkady and check into the hotel. Go for a boat ride on Periyar Lake (optional and at extra charge) and view the wildlife from the boat. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4 Depart from Thekkady
After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Depart from Thekkady to onward destination.
