The red brick Federal two-story-over-raised-basement townhouse with a window attic was in-built 1834 by David Christie, a stone cutter, for regarding $2,600. “These residences of the decennium were most builder’s, carpenter’s, or stonemason’s homes, and there have been many blocks of them at just once.
