101 Warren Street (also called 270 borough Street) could be a 35-story, 227 condominium, 132 rental apartment house within the Tribeca space of lower Manhattan, situated between borough Street and West Street. The project was developed by Edward J. Minskoff Equities, designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, and completed in 2007. The project options associate degree “Atrium” on the fifth floor with a pine forest consisting of one zero one trees.
An earlier building at one zero one Warren Street, the Tarrant Building, was destroyed by associate degree explosion and fireplace in Oct 1900. The Mattlage Building, a 12-story office block, was later engineered at the positioning and numbered as 97–101 Warren Street. In 1942, the building was sold-out by an individual or company known as “Irving”. In 1951, plans were proclaimed to sell the building by auction. In 1957, workplace Structure bought the building.
